Eviction drive at Namdapha National Park & Tiger Reserve

Lone building of an encroacher was completely damaged and destroyed by the forest personnel's of Namdapha.
The Namdapha National Park & Tiger Reserve Administration carried out eviction drive at 40th mile (Burma Nallah). The lone building of an encroacher was completely damaged and destroyed by the forest personnel’s of Namdapha. With this, all the 11 encroachers settled at 40th mile (Burma Nallah) have been evicted and the area has been completely freed from settlements.
It may be informed that since February 2022 the process of eviction is being carried out by the Namdapha National Park authorities which is also a declared Tiger Reserve.
