Arunachal, Sikkim Assembly Election Results: PM Modi promises further development in both states

PM Modi also lauded the BJP workers of Arunachal Pradesh for their untiring efforts to reach out to the voters.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has promised further growth and development for Arunachal Pradesh after the BJP’s sweeping victory in Assembly Elections, results of which were announced today.

Thanking the people of Arunachal Pradesh, PM Modi in a post on X termed it as an unequivocal mandate. In his post PM Modi wrote, “Thank you Arunachal Pradesh! The people of this wonderful state have given an unequivocal mandate to politics of development. My gratitude to them for reposing their faith in @BJP4Arunachal yet again. Our Party will keep working with even greater vigour for the state’s growth.”

PM Modi also thanked the voters of Sikkim and promised that the party shall always work to fulfil the people’s aspirations.

In an another post, the PM wrote, “I thank all those who voted for @BJP4Sikkim in the Assembly Elections. I also appreciate the efforts put in by our Karyakartas. Our Party will always be at the forefront of working towards Sikkim’s development and fulfilling people’s aspirations.”

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that the people’s mandate in Arunachal Pradesh reflects the people’s faith on PM Modi’s leadership.
