Manipur: Retired Indian Army, Navy officials extend helping hand to IDPs

The Retired Indian Army and Navy officials made voluntary donation under the banner Chakhumgi Meiri

In a nobel gesture, retired Indian Army and Navy officials distributed cooking gas cylinders and heavy duty gas stoves to the Internally Displaced Peoples (IDPs) at 100 relief camps in Manipur’s valley districts. The Retired Indian Army and Navy officials made voluntary donation under the banner Chakhumgi Meiri and collected a sum of 6 Lakh to contribute towards the IDPs.
