Assam: Father-son duo killed over performance at Raas Mahotsav

The accused have been already arrested by Gohpur Police and the case is now being investigated
Tension prevails in Assam’s Sonitpur district after the sensational killing of a father-son duo over an argument on a matter related to performance at the ongoing Raas Mahotsav. The incident has been reported from Deurikuchi village in Gohpur’s East Kolabari. As per reports, the father-son duo identified as Hiteshwar Saiki and Simanta Saikia were allegedly killed by Akan Bordoloi and Krishna Bordoloi. The accused have been already arrested by Gohpur Police and the case is now being investigated.
