Chief Minister Manik Saha took a significant step towards achieving the set goals and implementing government schemes ensuring citizens across Tripura benefit by flagging off a Vikshit Bharat Sankalpa Yatra van at MBB Chowmuhani in Agartala on Thursday.

A total of 16 vans will traverse Tripura, spreading awareness about various central government schemes, making even the remotest residents aware of and enabling them to avail themselves of these initiatives.
The initiative underscores a commitment to inclusive progress and the comprehensive implementation of government programs, reflecting a dedication to equitable development.

Chief Minister Saha emphasized that the Yatra’s goal is to raise awareness and facilitate the delivery of welfare scheme benefits.

Integral to this initiative are various government schemes, including Ayushman Bharat-PMJAY, PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, PM Ujjwala Yojana, PM Vishwakarma, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, Kisan Credit Card, Poshan Abhiyan, Jal Jeevan Mission, SVAMITVA, Jan Dhan Yojana, and others.

This concerted effort aims to ensure that the benefits of government programs reach every corner of Tripura, fostering inclusive and informed development.

The Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, a nationwide outreach initiative, launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi aims to inform and empower citizens about the Central Government’s flagship schemes.

Part of the larger Hamara Sankalp Viksit Bharat campaign, the Yatra focuses on reaching the vulnerable population, disseminating information, learning from citizens, and enrolling potential beneficiaries.
