Arunachal Pradesh: Militant demands ransom of Rs 60 lakhs for release of village chief and brother

The abductors of the two brothers from Kamhua Noksa village in Longding district of Arunachal Pradesh has asked for a ransom of Rs 60 lakhs for the duo’s release.
