Guwahati city has been hit by massive water logging yet again following heavy downpour. Roads of many areas of the city were submerged in knee deep water.
Vehicular movement was affected due to stagnant water. Busy routes like the Guwahati-Shillong road, Zoo road were submerged resulting in massive traffic jam.
