Manipur: Bomb blast outside BJP minister’s residence in Imphal West, CRPF jawan injured

The explosion reportedly took place around 9:50 PM on Saturday at the front gate of the Minister’s residence in Singjamei under Imphal West district.

Unidentified miscreants carried out a bomb attack at the residence of BJP Minister, Yumnam Khemchand Singh late last evening, wherein a CRPF personnel sustained injuries in the blast.

The explosion reportedly took place around 9:50 PM at the front gate of the Minister’s residence in Singjamei under Imphal West district.
The Minister was at home when the blast took place.

As per inputs, the CRPF personnel sustained injury on his hand in the blast.

He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital and is reported to be in a stable condition.

Police have reached the spot and are carrying out investigation in the incident.
