Guwahati to host first-ever Coal India Half Marathon on Dec 3

Guwahati is all set to host the first-ever Coal India Guwahati Half Marathon on December 3. The registration for the marathon will open tomorrow from 7 a.m.

The event sponsored by public sector behemoth Coal India, supported by Indian Army and endorsed by Government of Assam, will have races in three categories- the half marathon (21.097 km), the open 10 km, and the Guwahati Fun Run (approximately 5 km). The Guwahati Half Marathon marks a significant moment to showcase the Indian Army’s commitment to nation-building and the Assam Government’s dedication in fostering physical fitness, mental resilience, and the spirit of togetherness.
