9 smugglers with 32 containers of drugs nabbed in Guwahati

A total of 32 containers filled with drugs were seized from these individuals
Acting on a tip off, the Special Task Force (STF) of Assam Police carried out an operation in the Khanapara area of Guwahati and successfully apprehended nine smugglers found in possession of drugs.
A total of 32 containers filled with illegal substances were seized from these individuals. The arrested smugglers have been identified as Avtar Singh, Vikash Ali, Suman Kalita, Nayan Talukdar, Sanjay Vishwa, Yuvraj Kalyan, and Shyamal Pegu.
The STF’s investigation into this matter is still in progress.
