Gohpur police have apprehended three businessmen and seized fake gold boat weighing 1.5 kg
The Assam Police are intensifying their efforts to combat the spread of fake gold within the state. In the latest development, Gohpur police have apprehended three businessmen and seized a fake gold boat weighing 1.5 kg.
The incident took place in Barigaon Tinali of Gohpur, where these businessmen had arrived with the intention of selling the gold. However, the police managed to apprehend them along with fake gold boat.
The three individuals in custody have been identified as Muktar Hussain, Shariful Islam, and Rafiqul Ali, all hailing from Bihpuria Marnai in Lakhimpur district.
