Manipur situation is returning to normalcy: NEDA Convenor Himanta Biswa Sarma

NEDA Convenor today said that the situation in the state is gradually returning back to normal and within three to four months the situation will become completely normal
He also said added that efforts are being made to solve the problems of Manipur under the leadership of Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
