Assam: Woman murders husband with the help of her ‘lover’

The victim was murdered and his body was dumped by the roadside
In a sensational case, a woman murdered her husband with the help of her ‘lover’ at Jagiroad in Assam’s Morigaon district. An ugly outcome of extra-marital affair, both the accused murdered Asadur Rahman and dumped his body by the roadside. Not only this, the accused tried to give the murder case an accident angle.
However, police during its probe found that it was a clear case of murder and arrested both the accused identified as Firoza Khatun and Safiqul Islam. One more person, Rantu Bordoloi, who is a driver has also been arrested.
Further probe into the matter is underway.
