Assam: Major road accident kills one in Jagiroad

The road accident occurred at Junbil area in Jagiroad late Saturday night

A man was killed after being run over by a speeding truck in Assam’s Jagiroad.

As per inputs, the road accident occurred at Junbil area in Jagiroad late Saturday night.

An eye witness said that the speeding truck was approaching from the opposite site and hit the biker. The man who was riding the two wheeler died on the spot.

On receiving information, police rushed to the spot and launched and investigation into the matter.

The identification of the deceased is yet to be ascertained.
