Durand Cup 2023: Kokrajhar all decked up for grand inaugural ceremony

Kokrajhar in Assam is all decked up for the Inaugural Ceremony of the 132nd Durand Cup which will be held for the first time in the Bodo Heartland.
The Opening Ceremony is scheduled to take place on August 5th at the SAI Stadium in Kokrajhar. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will attend the gala event as the Chief Guest on the occasion. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and the Chief of Army Staff General Manoj Pande will also attend the inaugural ceremony at Kokrajhar. Thrilling displays by the Indian Armed Forces contingents and cultural programs by local troupes will be a visual extravaganza for all.
