Manipur Minister Nemcha Kipgen provides relief items to displaces persons

Minister Nemcha Kipgen today reached out to Internally Displaced Persons at a relief camp in Kangpokpi district with a bulk of clothing.
The BJP’s lone woman Minister in the N. Biren Singh-led Manipur Government, taking on a role as a mother, sister, and representative of the Kuki-Zo tribal populace, stated that she will not let her people go hungry and short of clothing. She said that her first responsibility as a leader is to define reality and to thank people. As a leader, I am a servant of my people, she added. The Minister also encouraged the displaced people at the relief camps to stay strong and united. She also contacted the district administration of Kangpokpi to instruct the authority concerned to sanitize all the relief camps at the earliest. Minister Kipgen said that she will continue to reach out to all the Internally Displaced Persons in all the relief camps across Kangpokpi district.
