Manipur CM reaches Delhi following summons from BJP central leadership

Manipur CM N Biren Singh has been summoned to Delhi.
Chief Minister N Biren left for Delhi on a special flight along with cabinet ministers Th Biswajit, Govindas Konthoujam, Th Basantakumar and Y Khemchand. As per sources, Manipur BJP president A Sharda Devi has also left for Delhi. The visit comes at a time when Manipur is trying to limp back to normal following the recent unrest. CM N Biren Singh and the cabinet colleagues will meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah during the visit and are also likely to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It is to be seen now, as to what would be the steps taken by the Centre and the BJP high command to restore normalcy in Manipur.
