Life back to normal in Itanagar. A ground report

Normalcy has finally returned to Itanagar with the district authorities finally restoring mobile internet services in the morning today, 3 days since imposing the suspension in the state capital.
Section 144 CrPC was also withdrawn last evening, as the three day long period of shutdown called by certain people ended on Friday, mostly without any incident.
