2.  Thekera Tenga: The prominent sour fruit to keep you cool

3.  Bael Sorbot: The Juice for a Healthy Summer

Bael, also known as Wood Apple, is a fruit that is said to have benefits for the stomach and digestive system. Drinking Bael sorbot in the morning can also help prevent sunstroke.

BAEL SORBOT

To make this drink, wash the bael, cut them, and take out the pulp. Mix the pulp with double the amount of water in a utensil and mash it. Sieve the mashed pulp in a heavy strainer and take out the juice by pressing it with a spoon. Add salt and cumin powder to taste.

4.  Bhim Kol: Boost your immunity with this indigenous banana drink

Bhim Kol is an indigenous variety of bananas found in Assam that is great for boosting immunity. You can make this healthy tonic by scraping the pulp of one or two bananas with a spoon.
