Assam govt cancels TET exams for a period of 2 years

Assam education minister Ranoj Pegu today announced that the government would not be holding any TET exams for the next two years.
Pegu said that if there is the need for teachers in the schools of the state, then selection would be made on the basis of the results of the central TET exams.
