Manipur CM N Biren Singh visits injured students, teachers at hospital

Manipur CM N Biren Singh visited RIMS and Raj Medicity, the hospitals where the injured school girls and teachers of Thambalnu Higher Secondary School of Manipur are admitted.

Around 26 of the critically injured school girls and teachers are admitted in these hospitals after they met with an accident earlier in the day today when their bus turned turtle just before reaching Leimatak, their destination. The teachers and the students were on an excursion to Leimatak. Nine students have lost their lives in the accident. The CM condoled the deaths and extended Rs 5 lakh each from CM’s Relief Fund to each of their families. The CM also announced Rs one lakh for all those injured.
