Manipur: IED planted in Telepati defused

A suspected IED bomb, planted at a residential area in Telepati under Imphal east, was safely defused by a Bomb Squad of the Manipur Police at Awaching on the outskirts
The bomb was planted at a business establishment owned by a certain Ramnath Sahu from Telepati. The Suspected IED was first noticed by a sweeper at around 6 AM today.
