As the police is trying to nab the culprits involved in the shocking ragging case in Dibrugarh, sensational details of a similar instance has now come to fore. Another student faced similar ragging by the senior at the PNGB hostel earlier on September 29. The student, while speaking to our group channel News Live, said he was brutally tortured, but he managed to flee from the hostel to his home in Biswanath.
