Northeast Live Editor-in-Chief Wasbir Hussain who edited the coffee table book, Lachit Barphukan-Assam’s Hero Who Halted the Ahoms, said the 3-day Lachit Divas celebrations in New Delhi would force historians and the nation to recognise legends like Lachit Barphukan at the national level. A veteran journalist, Mr Hussain was present at the 3-day celebrations.
