Sikkim Minister’s Son Chewang Lepcha Dies In Road Accident
Chewang Lepcha, son of Sikkim’s Road and Bridge’s Department and Culture Department Minister Samdup Lepcha died in a road accident on Friday.
According to initial reports from Chunthang, North Sikkim Fire Department, Chewang’s car fell 300-400 feet below the road about 3 kms from Chungthang.
Chewang was rushed to the nearest Army hospital but doctors declared him brought dead.
The vehicle number was informed to be SK-03-P-1031
