The AMSU also submitted a memorandum to the Anjaw district administration demanding the removal of Deputy Director of Secondary Education.
Hundreds of activists of the All Mishimi Students Union took to the streets in Hawai, the headquarters town of Anjaw district of Arunachal Pradesh.
The All Mishimi Students Union alleged that the Deputy Director of Secondary Education or DDSE of Anjaw district has totally failed in implementation of numerous welfare schemes meant for the benefit of students. The agitators chanted slogans against alleged misrule of DDSE Midak Riba and sought for his immediate removal.
The AMSU also submitted a memorandum to the Anjaw district administration demanding the removal of Deputy Director of Secondary Education or DDSE of Anjaw district.
The memorandum was accepted by N. K. Namchoom, SDO, Anjaw in absence of Deputy Commissioner Talo Jerang.
But, the big question is that whether students will have to pay the price for such alleged corrupt practices by senior officials of the education department. What will be the stand of the Pema Khandu government in Arunachal Pradesh in dealing with such cases of alleged corruption?
