Tripura: BJP says ‘No’ to alliance in 2023

What will be the new equation? Will TIPRA MOTHA play the role of a Kingmaker? But BJP seems to have different plans on cards.
Putting all speculations at rest, the Tripura BJP has made it clear that the BJP will not go for any alliance including that with TIPRA MOTHA.
Tripura BJP Vice-president Ashok Sinha said that the Saffron Party in it’s Chintan Shibir held recently has already decided not to forge any new alliance keeping in perspective the 2023 elections.
However, the BJP leader said that as of now the BJP, IPFT alliance is still intact. Ashok Sinha added that the BJP’s central leadership will take a call on any kind of alliance with other parties if the situation demands.
Sinha said that the BJP has been able to win the confidence of the people through it’s development push in the nook and corner of the state.
