Jangchub Lamrim Chenmo, the Six days’ teachings on the stages of the path to enlightenment, concluded at the famous Tawang Monastery of Namgyal Lhatse in Arunachal Pradesh yesterday.

Notably, the six days auspicious teaching was initiated by the Abbott of the Gyabung Tulku Rinpoche, which was joined by monks, and hundreds of devotees from dozens of villages participated in the teaching.

Remarkably, the Jangchub Lamrim Chenmo, which translates as stages of enlightenment was composed by the founder of the Geluk school of Mahayana Buddhist Jay Lama Tsongkhapa and is an annual event of the famous Tawang monastery.

As per tradition, during the three months summer retreat, the teaching of Jangchub Lamrim Chenmo should be performed annually with the divine goal of achieving enlightenment.

The teaching begins on September 12, followed by two days long life initiation and long life empowerment by the Abbott Gyabung Tulku Rinpoche.
