Accordingly, a week-long program has been chalked out by the Platinum Jubilee Celebration Committee which commences on Oct 28.
The Assam Medical College and Hospital – the region’s oldest and premier health education and care institution has drawn up an elaborate plan for the closing ceremony celebrations of its Platinum Jubilee which the institution is celebrating this year.
Accordingly, a week-long program has been chalked out by the Platinum Jubilee Celebration Committee which commences on Oct 28.
Speaking exclusively to your channel North East Live, Principal and Chief Superintendent of AMCH Dr Sanjeeb Kakati expressed his feelings, the hallmarks of the institution, and his plans ahead for AMCH.
Kakati said that the institution has passed through a long and prestigious journey and is now regarded as one of the grandest medical institutes in the region.
Kakati said that Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will be the chief guest of the closing ceremony while a host of other union ministers and state ministers will be present. More than 2000 alumni had already registered their names to attend the celebration from across the globe.
