This was disclosed by the investigating officer of the scam, Surjeet Singh Panesar while speaking to media persons after filing the fourth charge sheet into the case in the court of Special Judge.
Charge sheets were also filed against two recently arrested officials Bikash Pincha and Manash Pratim Haloi. The duo were arrested by the police on February 20.
