#Assam | The man accused of chopping off the ears of a minor boy in eastern Assam’s #Tinsukia has been arrested. The accused identified as Chitaranjan Gogoi chopped off the minor boy’s ears after he found his daughter spending time with the boy. Objecting to their relationship, the furious father tied up the boy, beat him up mercilessly, and finally chopped off both his ears. Assam police has registered a case against the accused father.
