#Manipur | Along with Parliament House and other state legislative assemblies, voting to elect India’s 15th President has began in Manipur too. Manipur Chief Minister N.Biren Singh and former CM and CLP leader O Ibobi Singh have casted their votes. The voting process is underway with precautions being taken due to an increase in Covid-19 cases.
