#Manipur | Speaking to Northeast Live, The All Tribal Students’ Union Manipur or #ATSUM general secretary Andria Sinruwng said that the “The Manipur Hill Areas Autonomous District Council Bill 2021” is a must for the all round development of the hill areas. It may be mentioned that the ATSUM has reaffirmed its stand on the bill urging the state Government to table the bill and enact it as an act in the Manipur Legislative Assembly at the earliest. The decision was taken during the 2nd General Assembly of the student body at Haipi Village in Sadar Hills.
