#Northeastlive | Floods have left behind a trial of devastations in Raha as well. Heavy floods caused by rivers such as Kolong, Kapili, Hariya and Barpani have left several important roads in the area damaged. About 104 PWD constructed roads in the region lie ruined even as flood waters recede.
