The brutal Garigaon gang-rape case took a sensational turn on Tuesday after prime accused Biki Ali was shot dead by Assam Police personnel.
As per inputs, the incident happened when Biki Ali allegedly attempted to run from police custody but was shot by Police personnel.
It may be mentioned that on February 6, Biki Ali had allegedly lured the minor girl to his house to rape her eventually and film the incident.

Following this, he even blackmailed the victim.
However, on February 19, he again forced the girl to come with him to a hotel outside Guwahati’s Garigaon area. But this time, she was gang-raped by four of Biki Ali’s friends and himself.
Besides Biki Ali, the other four accused, all in their early twenties have been identified as Faizul Ali, Pinku Ali, Poona Ali and Raja Ali.
A case has been registered against all accused at the All Women Police Station in Guwahati’s Panbazar.
