With the demand growing louder for the suspension of Tamenglong Deputy Commissioner and the Superintendent of Police, the Government of Manipur has finally transferred both the DC and the SP.
With the demand growing louder for the suspension of Tamenglong Deputy Commissioner and the Superintendent of Police, the Government of Manipur has finally transferred both the DC and the SP.
Tamenglong Deputy Commissioner, Armstrong Pame has been transferred with immediate effect, and in his place, Kamjong DC, Hungyo Worshang has been appointed as the new Deputy Commissioner.
Tamenglong Superintendent of Police, Mohurle Sandip Gopaladasa has been transferred with immediate effect, and in his place Ms Anupam has been appointed as the new SP of Tamenglong.
The Joint Action Committee, formed to demand justice for former Zeliangrong Baudi president Athuan Abonmai, called on Chief Minister Biren Singh yesterday demanding for the immediate suspension of the DC and the SP.
