Opposition-less government need of the hour: NPF

Naga People’s Front secretary general Achumbemo Kikon said that his party has achieved a very positive result out of having such a government under Chief Minister TR Zeliang in 2015 that led to the signing of the Framework Agreement.

Kikon said that as far as the NPF is concerned, the party has made enough sacrifices and will stand by it for the sake of the Naga issue.

Kikon believes that an opposition less government is the need of the hour to show the united face to take the Naga political issue forward.

The vexed Naga issue is paramount as far as NPF is concerned.

Besides, the NPF leader informed that discussions are on with all the political entities in this regard and is hopeful of fruitful results.
