Two more positive cases of COVID-19 have been detected in Assam’s, taking the state’s tally to 216.

Both the positive cases are detected at the Silchar quarantine centre, one each from Cachar and Hailakandi.

Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “Two persons from Silchar quarantine centre are found #COVID19 +. One each from Cachar and Hailakandi.”

(Total cases 216, Recovered 54, Active cases 155, Deaths 04, Migrated 03).
Total number of cases in the state has mounted to 216, with 155 active cases and 54 recovered.
