Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s wife, Sophie Gregoire-Trudeau has been tested positive for novel Coronavirus and is currently placed under isolation.
According to officials, Sophie has shown mild symptoms and will be kept in isolation for 14 days.
Health officials will reach out to those who’ve been in contact with her as necessary, the Prime Minister’s office added.
However, according to reports, Justin Trudeau is in good shape with no symptoms of the disease.
But as a precautionary measure and following the advice of doctors, he will also be kept in isolation for 2 weeks. He will continue with his duties, and plans to address Canadians on Friday.
