Curfew has resumed once again in Assam’s Guwahati until further orders after it was relaxed from 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday.
Besides internet ban also continues in the city and other parts of Assam. The internet services have been suspended in 10 districts of the state.
Over 100 people including leaders of several organisations have also been been arrested in connection with the numerous cases of violence in the last two days.
The Curfew has been relaxed following improvement in the law and order situation in the city since Friday.
