A delegation of the Naga Mothers Association arrived in Imphal on Monday.

The development assumes significance as the NMA had already made its intentions clear, that it would reach out to the Meira Paibi or Manipur women’s activists to allay fears surrounding the possible outcome of Peace Talks.

While the NMA has refused to reveal its plans during the visit is it expected that it may reach out to the women’s activists in Manipur tomorrow especially the representatives of the Meira Paibis.
