The delegation was in New Delhi to meet leaders from the Centre and had submitted memorandum to Home Minister Amit Shah, reiterating its stand on the safeguard of Manipur’s territorial integrity.

The delegation was led by Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh in New Delhi.
