The Home Department Manipur has announced a cash reward of Rs 10 lakh for those who provide information on 20-year old missing youth Luwangthem Mukesh, who has been missing since March 16. In a statement signed by the Joint Secretary (Home) Government of Manipur, it has been informed that Manipur Police under the supervision of a senior level officer, along with Assam Rifles and other security forces have conducted joint operations for search and rescue of the missing person in the vicinity of suspected areas in the districts of Bishnupur, Churachandpur and Noney as well as in other parts of the state utilizing advanced technical data analysis and intelligence gathering.
