In a breakthrough, the Assam police have arrested a suspected linkman of the ULFA Independent. The arrested individual has been identified as Bitupan Gogoi, alias Bablu. A 7.65 mm pistol and an IED, along with cash, were recovered from the possession of Bitupan Gogoi.
