Bhutan King Surprises Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma
Bhutan King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck surprised Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today, by meeting him unnnounced at the Advantage Assam Roadshow in Thimphu, a day ahead of their scheduled audience. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma was addressing a high profile business interaction on the upcoming Advantage Assam 2.0 in presence of Bhutan Prime Minister Tsehring Tobgay and top ministers and business leaders when King Wangchuck made a suprise entry.
