The Assam BJP today released its manifesto for the forthcoming Panchayat polls slated to be held on December 5 and 9. The manifesto was released in presence of Chief Minister
The Assam BJP today released its manifesto for the forthcoming Panchayat polls slated to be held on December 5 and 9.
The manifesto was released in presence of Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, Finance minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and state BJP chief Ranjit Dass at party headquarters in Guwahati.
On the occasion, the party also released two songs in a bid to reach to the rural masses with message of its pro people work carried out by it in the Centre as well as in the state.
The BJP manifesto highlighted various development schemes carried out by the Government.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal said BJP wants corruption free Panchayat and its main objective is to strengthen and support the people living in rural areas of the state.
