An Assam Civil Service (ACS) officer is now making the headlines for all the wrong reasons after he allegedly created late night chaos in the streets of Guwahati city. As per reports, Debashish Borthakur who is the Circle Officer of Rangia was drunk and allegedly stopped his car in the middle of the road at the Bhangagarh area in the city. Due to this passers by had to face an untoward situation.
