In a shocking incident in Dausa, Rajasthan, a man attending a wedding from the groom’s side ran his car over seven people after a heated argument over bursting firecrackers. The argument erupted when the groom’s procession arrived at the bride’s village and the man, who was driving his car, wanted to park near the area where the bride’s relatives were setting off firecrackers outside the wedding venue.

According to police, tensions escalated when the man argued with the bride’s relatives over the firecrackers, and what started as a verbal dispute quickly turned violent. The man then allegedly drove his car into a group of people standing nearby, hitting them and leaving several injured. A disturbing video of the incident, which has since gone viral on social media, shows injured individuals lying on the ground as onlookers try to help.

Authorities have recovered the car’s number plate, which was left behind, and it has been traced to Sawai Madhopur district. Lalsot Additional Superintendent of Police Dinesh Aggarwal assured the public that the police are working to apprehend the suspect quickly.
