Manipur Violence: 10 Armed Miscreants Killed, 1 CRPF Jawan Injured in Jiribam

One CRPF jawan was injured when the armed miscreants attacked the CRPF men. The CRPF retaliated leaving 10 armed miscreants dead.

Ten armed miscreants were killed when CRPF opened fire after being attacked by the armed men today at Jakuradhar in Borobekra area about 30 kms from Jiribam in Manipur.

One CRPF jawan was injured when the armed miscreants attacked the CRPF men. The CRPF retaliated leaving 10 armed miscreants dead.

Combing operation in the area is underway.

According to reports coming in, 5 civilians are said to be missing. A search is on to find these missing people.

Jiribam has been rocked by violence since November 7 a woman was killed and several houses were torched.
