Manipur's Internally Displaced People(IDP) Celebrates Diwali, Hopes To Return Home Soon
The Internally Displaced People in Manipur are celebrating Diwali with a renewed hope of returning to their homes sometime soon. While there were no festivities last year, people are taking part in the rituals this time with the situation in the state seeing improvement. As peace gradually returns, the IDPs urged both the Government of India and the state government to prioritize their safe return to home.
